Included here are the foundational readings and exercises for the Giving Voice to Values (GVV) curriculum: “Ways of Thinking about Our Values in the Workplace”, an essay explaining the rationale and research behind the approach and the "Reasons & Rationalizations" exercise, which is the template for a "scripting" exercise that be adapted for almost any case. Teaching notes are available at www.GivingVoiceToValues.org.

This material is part of the Giving Voice to Values Curriculum (GVV). Aspen CBE was incubator and along with the Yale School of Management, a founding partner for the project; and GVV is now based at and funded by Babson College. The full GVV collection with several hundred pages of cases, exercises and readings, as well as teaching notes is available at www.GivingVoiceToValues.org.
